We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to deliver growth and commercial success through Technical Product Management and Development of Integrity360's Cybersecurity Services portfolio, and Threat Detection and Response in particular.
- Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for our Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable features and enhancements.
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to shape the product's direction.
- Regularly communicate progress, priorities, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on portal features based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Monitor development progress and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies.
- Leverage your knowledge of cybersecurity products and services to ensure the portal effectively showcases our offerings and supports customer needs.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in cybersecurity and incorporate relevant innovations into the portal.
