Human Resources Business Partner

Fempower Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize recruitment and candidate attraction strategies, building a strong employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Learning & Development: Identify and assess learning and development needs based on business objectives and performance management, developing and evaluating training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  • Performance and Talent Management: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and development, evaluating performance management processes and providing recommendations for improvement where needed.
  • Labor Relations: Advise and manage labor relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and proactively identifying and addressing potential labor issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure fair and consistent application of compensation and benefits policies, assessing pay equity using performance data and market benchmarks.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes, maintaining the accuracy and reliability of HR systems and databases.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellness: Contribute to the creation and execution of employee engagement activities to enhance job satisfaction and team cohesion, assisting in the design and implementation of wellness activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in HR, Commerce, or Behavioural Science
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in iGaming or Tech, Call Centre or BPO environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High service delivery and performance mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial insight
  • Understanding of HR administrative, consulting, and transactional activities
  • Excellent judgement, decision-making, and attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives
