Job Summary

To deliver exceptional customer experiences by effectively handling all customer interactions in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients.
  • Safeguard, develop, and enhance customer loyalty and value through excellent service delivery.
  • Respond to inbound customers and colleagues escalated sales and queries.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Address customer reasons for exploring cancellation, identify opportunities, and look at various options available to retain their business.
  • Strive for First Call Resolution on every contact.
  • Collaborate with service colleagues to elevate service standards through issue escalation and joint solution development.
  • Perform other customer administration and product processing activities as needed to maximize operational efficiency and handle peaks in demand.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, while complying with the required standard of sales/service excellence, best practices, and legal and regulatory requirements. Take correct information, ask the right questions, and offer solutions that leave customers smiling.
