We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Bw Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. This role will involve providing expert-level support to our clients, leveraging your knowledge of SAP BW transport management, user support, and post-go-live support.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Process incidents efficiently, adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
  2. Leverage your expertise in SAP BW transport management to ensure seamless data migration and processing.
  3. Contribute to month-end processes, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Offer comprehensive user support, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  5. Collaborate on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations, designing intuitive dashboards that drive business insights.
  6. Provide post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  7. Promote general operations efficiency, streamlining processes to enhance productivity.
  8. Assist with end-to-end testing, validating the accuracy and reliability of solutions.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP BW and analytics.
  • Proven track record of working effectively within international teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SAC, including development and administration.
  • Expertise in SAP BW backend and query management.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as part of the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
