Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced training and development instructor to join our team at ATNS SOC Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in the field of air traffic safety electronics personnel (ATSEP) training courses and research product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver training content aligned with ATA and broader ATNS deliverables to meet the needs of internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement measures to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to trainees and instructors to ensure seamless transition from academic to work environment.
- Research future ATM/CNS systems and provide solutions to enable the department to remain competitive in terms of being the preferred training provider.
- B-Tech /B. Eng. /BSc. Degree /Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Electrical /Electronic /Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Train the Trainer and OJTI qualification from an approved institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in course presentation, research, operation, maintenance and engineering support of ATM/CNS systems and associated training systems.
