Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in terms of bulk recruitment, HR administration, and the execution of multiple Human Capital Projects. This role will involve working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to ensure that employee experience and culture remain top priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-year Bachelor's Degree or BTech Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Social Sciences
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the capacity of a HR Generalist across all HR functions
  • Experience gained in bulk or high-volume recruitment is essential, with onboarding experience and an understanding of unionized IR processes
  • Experience gained within the FMCG / Manufacturing / Engineering / Technical / Retail related industry is highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge of HR Systems, with good research, statistical analysis, and report writing skills
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport preferred

Others

This role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will involve working closely with the HR team to ensure the successful execution of multiple Human Capital Projects. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior HR Business Partner and will assist with the coordination and facilitation of Human Capital Projects. You will also be required to provide recruitment and onboarding support to new employees and will assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
