Job Title: Regional Manager

At Tower Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality installation of server hardware and components, as well as managing a team of Data Center Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Data Center Technicians to ensure the safe operation of power equipment and the integrity of facilities.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and server software.
  • Develop and implement project contingency plans, and lead small project teams on larger installations.
  • Ensure the best comprehensive equipment efficiency with the most economical equipment life cycle cost.
  • Responsible for the reporting and tracking of major events, and the organization, review, and implementation of major changes.
  • Formulate and review emergency plans for data centers, and conduct regular drills to ensure the safety of data center operations.
  • Manage the infrastructure operation and maintenance team, continuously training and assessing, and ensuring that team members meet the job competency requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, graduated from electricity, HVAC, automation, and other related majors.
  • More than 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure construction or operation and maintenance management.
  • Familiar with the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, and have the ability to adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and modify the room system.
  • Strong management experience and strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in ISO/IEC20000-1 service management system.
  • Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
