  • Manage procurement of all applicable items required, including raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Ensure competitive supplier pricing and drive product development.
  • Strategize to find cost-effective deals and suppliers to ensure low procurement expenses.
  • Collaborate with key persons in different departments to ensure clarity of specifications and standards.
  • Liaise with other parts of the business and make strategic decisions relating to stock holding.

Requirements:

  • BCom degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a procurement specialist role.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is essential.
  • Advanced sourcing and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  • Talent in negotiations and networking.
  • Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and planning.
  • 5+ years' experience in demand planning process.
  • Experience in advanced procurement, managing end of life cycle and absolute inventory.
  • Experience on ERP software, Syspro would be an advantage.
  • Own transport.
