Your responsibilities will include mentoring colleagues, participating in Corporate Wellness Days, facilitating Corporate Member Education sessions, managing automated solutions, and handling escalated cases with precision and care.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a SANC Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of Managed Care experience, 2-5 years of experience in Mental Health or Diabetic Nurse Education, and a strong passion for your area of expertise. You will also be able to make tough decisions with assertiveness and confidence.
