We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing wireless communication systems, including cellular, satellite, and IoT devices.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF system design, analysis, and troubleshooting, with expertise in developing and optimizing wireless communication systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in telecommunications, IoT, and wireless networks.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will also have strong communication skills for documentation and presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize RF systems and components for various applications, including wireless communication networks, cellular, satellite, and IoT devices.
  • Develop and test RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, mixers, and antennas, ensuring they meet performance and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform system-level analysis of RF systems, including link budget analysis, signal propagation, and interference management.
  • Plan and execute RF testing (bench testing, field testing, and lab-based) using advanced RF test equipment to measure key performance metrics.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for RF systems in the field, addressing issues related to interference, signal degradation, and other RF performance challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RF engineering, preferably in the telecommunications, mobile communications, or IoT industries.
  • Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools and testing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, including propagation, modulation schemes, and RF components.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
