Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general administration between the HR Department, employees, and/or line managers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong administrative and data capturing skills. They will also possess initiative and self-drive, with the ability to work on their own initiative through an agreed strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of employee information, including filing, new employee files, labeling, and index of new employee files
  • Telephone pincodes administration and Eco Time administration
  • Preparing induction packs and assisting with recruitment functions
  • Maintaining good relationships with colleagues and management, and willing to work overtime as needed
