Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
  • Obtain and resolve client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage correspondence and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Distribution Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and other materials using Google Office Suite and/or MS Office.
  • Assist with the preparation of review documentation for new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding queries and provide feedback to the team.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of industry-specific experience.
  • Established client base.
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • RE 1 and RE 5.
  • Meet all criteria as prescribed by FSCA for being fit and proper.
  • FAIS Compliant.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite and/or MS Office.
  • Experience with WorkPool system is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
