Job Title: HR Specialist

At Sharon Nurock Recruitment CC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, selection, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment equity and labor planning
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on HR-related matters
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
