Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Understanding of painting materials and the ability to select, mix, and apply them appropriately.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Highly organized with effective communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fundamental knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to implement a repair action plan using various hand and power tools.
  • Capability to diagnose machinery and equipment issues through mechanical insight.
  • Basic understanding of routine preventative maintenance practices.
