We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the manager's schedule, handling correspondence, and completing tasks related to office management.

Responsibilities
  1. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute mail
  2. Handle requests and queries efficiently
  3. Manage the calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  4. Prepare necessary spreadsheets and reports
  5. Assist the manager with personal matters as needed
  6. Recruit staff for the manager's department when necessary
  7. Support with purchase orders
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant is beneficial but not required
  2. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and English
  4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
