- To handle claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewals.
- Registration with the FSCA as a representative within the last 5 years for Short Term Personal and Commercial lines.
- Completion of COB (class of business) for Personal and Commercial Lines.
- Possession of RE5 qualification and NQF4.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in claims and underwriting, with strong administration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting open communication.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with service providers, such as IT and internet service providers.
