This role is focused on delivering high-quality services while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. The Service Contract Manager will oversee the management of service contracts, ensuring performance standards are met, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all services align with operational and contractual objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service provider performance against established SLAs.
- Oversee contract compliance and performance adherence to service-level obligations.
- Manage contract renewals, modifications, and amendments to optimize service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance across all contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service interaction and coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor relationships and improve performance.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of relevant services.
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Establish and monitor service improvement plans.
- Ensure services adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain operational focus on critical systems, including lifts, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, while working with specialized in-house teams.
- Track KPIs to assess service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Facilities Management team and internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery coordination.
- Work closely with Procurement to align on contract management, supplier engagement, and purchasing guidelines compliance.
- Collaborate with field services to ensure prompt and efficient response to service issues.
- Engage in regular performance reviews with internal stakeholders and service providers to maintain alignment with business objectives.
- Resolve conflicts with service providers and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Soft Services:
- Cleaning and janitorial services
- Hygiene services
- Pest control
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Reception and front desk services
- Waste management (collaborate with specialized in-house team)
Key Technical Services:
- HVAC maintenance
- Electrical systems maintenance
- Plumbing services
- Building fabric maintenance (e.g., walls, roofs, windows)
- Fire safety systems maintenance (collaborate with specialized in-house team)
- Lift and escalator maintenance (collaborate with specialized in-house team)
- Energy management and sustainability initiatives (collaborate with specialized in-house team)
Essential Skills:
