Job Title: Analytical Data Capturer

At Time Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analytical Data Capturer to join our team. As an Analytical Data Capturer, you will play a critical role in capturing and processing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and input data from emails, verbal communications, and internal databases with high accuracy.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data, ensuring timely completion of associated tasks.
  • Update internal databases to reflect changes and maintain data integrity.
  • Track key company information, such as portfolio size, block movements, gained/lost business, and relevant client data.
  • Manage email and telephone communications to ensure tasks are completed as required.
  • Work with Microsoft Excel and internal software systems to manage and process data.
  • Highlight areas of concern to senior management promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and improving company templates and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with managing compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with internal software systems.
  • Understanding of data protection legislation and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
