We are looking for a highly skilled Leading Homeware Purchaser and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, identifying and sourcing new products and suppliers, and analysing sales data to inform purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and analyse sales data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Travel internationally for trade shows and supplier meetings to explore new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in buying, procurement or a similar role in homeware, décor, DIY or hardware.
  • Relevant Buying/Procurement qualification.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience in forecasting and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
