We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Associate to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Support Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable living environment by maintaining accurate records of care provided and communicating any changes in client health.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times, adhering to care plans and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care giving or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed.
