Job Summary

This position involves managing financial transactions, including the preparation and issuance of customer invoices, on time and accurately using Sage Pastel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices on time and accurately.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Verify invoice details against purchase orders, sales orders, and other supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice-related inquiries, track deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer- and supplier invoices and related documentation.
  • Assist with customer queries, sales consultants, and internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed.
  • General office administration duties.
Requirements
  • Must have Matric.
  • Must be a South African Citizen.
  • One Liner CVs will not be accepted.
