Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the liquor sales industry, with a strong understanding of the KZN regional landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to the sales team, including data analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in liquor sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the KZN regional landscape.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Syspro is a plus.
