About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Financial Leadership Position. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for international trade finance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing Financial Strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement the company's financial strategy and long-term planning initiatives. Provide insightful guidance on financial performance and recommend actions for improvement.
  2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and monitor performance against budgets. Develop financial forecasts and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Effectively manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met. Implement strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, such as market volatility, credit risk, and operational risk. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company from financial threats.
  6. Investment and Capital Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and make informed decisions on capital allocation. Optimize the company's capital structure and manage debt and equity financing.
  7. Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and minimize tax liabilities. Work with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient strategies.
  8. Financial Controls and Policies: Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard the company's assets. Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
  9. Financial Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making.
