  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior logistics coordinators and support staff, sharing your industry knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in transportation operations, specifically within road freight.
    • A proven track record of successfully managing freight operations and building strong client relationships.
  • Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of the road freight industry, including regulations, market trends, and key players.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
