About the RoleAs a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services to clients. Your primary focus will be on providing expert tax advice, preparing complex tax returns, and ensuring that all submissions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide tax advice to clients on various aspects of taxation, including income tax, capital gains tax, and value-added tax (VAT)
- Prepare and file tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns, as well as VAT returns
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including amendments and updates
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar tax compliance role
- Knowledge of banking tax regulations and experience with tax software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
