Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd is a leading healthcare provider, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHERQ Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, environment, risk, and quality assurance aspects of hospital operations. This includes identifying, preventing, and controlling hospital risks, including infection control.

You will work closely with management and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures related to health and safety, and ensure that the working conditions of employees are favorable and safe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and co-ordinating the yearly SHERQ action plan and longer-term SHERQ roadmap.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on progress and presentation of feedback at group forums.
  • Liaising with relevant HR Business Partner to initiate and coordinate a training plan and updating information for personnel.
