Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Connectivity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical documentation, solution design, and client consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and stage monitoring of Biller Integrations;
  • Participate in various IT integration functions;
  • Monitor transaction irregularities in the value chain from Retailer to Biller;
  • Consult with clients to guide them through integration requirements and processes;
  • Provide technical support to clients post-integration, including troubleshooting and issue resolution;

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years' experience in a similar role, including experience in SQL, IT systems monitoring, MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel), and customer support. Fluency in written and verbal communication in English is essential, with a good understanding of Afrikaans also beneficial.
