Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of systems. This role involves analyzing and compiling system requirements, identifying problems, and developing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document system requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather additional requirements and features
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop new systems
  • Validate changes through testing
  • Train users on new systems and provide support
  • Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to optimize integration
  • Design and maintain system processes
  • Report on technical issues and make recommendations

Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, or Project Management)
  • 7 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and process documentation
  • Ability to explain technical details
  • Experience in project management or team lead roles
