We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Selection expert to join our team at the Western Cape Government.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Recruitment and Selection processes and providing a recruitment and selection consultancy service to client departments.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Drafting vacancy advertisements and application questionnaires in consultation with client departments.
  2. Liaising with various service providers (Media/e-Recruit and Response Handling).
  3. Identifying and resolving selection delays.
  4. Facilitating and advising on compiling shortlists.

This role requires:

  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma (or higher qualification) majoring in Human Resource Management or B-Degree (or higher qualification) in Industrial Psychology.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment and Selection environment.
  • A valid code B driving licence.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
