  • Industry and Market Research: Stay up to date on the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies, specifically within the banking industry.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software.
  • User-Centered Design: Ability to design customer-centric products by gathering insights from users and applying UX principles.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other designers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing financial services applications (e.g., mobile banking apps, payment systems, digital wallets).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they apply to banking platforms (e.g., WCAG compliance).
  • Understanding of security best practices in the design of banking apps.
