About this Opportunity:
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced ITIL Incident Manager to join our global service restoration team.
This key role will involve managing major incidents across our operations, ensuring prompt and quality resolution while adhering to SLA commitments.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in incident management, ITIL/ITSM fundamentals, and a proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to achieve swift resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents as an Incident Manager, ensuring quality resolution while adhering to SLA commitments.
- Ensure incidents are worked promptly and with quality, and what can't be restored is turned over to the next shift or escalated.
- Develop and maintain processes to enhance workflow efficiencies and ensure SLO compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in incident management, ITIL/ITSM, and a background in customer critical services.
- Extensive experience documenting troubleshooting steps and service restoration details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills under pressure.
