Lamproom Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lamproom Administrator to join our team at Schauenburg Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and tools.

• Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including typing, photocopying, binding, laminating, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Ensure all filing is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with quotes to customers.
• Operations Management
  • Manage and control all costs, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Ensure maintenance and service invoices are sent to the relevant persons for authorization approval.
  • Ensure all PODs received are returned to the Rustenburg Branch in a timely manner.
• Stock Control and Inventory Management
  • Continuously manage and control the purchasing and deliveries of orders as per site requirements.
  • Coordinate all site-specific training requirements.
  • Ensure that all site equipment is on the asset register.
• Communication and Liaison
  • Liaise with other Lamproom employees, customers, and visitors to assist in ensuring quality and safety of work and that contractual obligations are met.
  • Liaise with staff and others to assist with general enquiries.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in quality programs implemented across the company.
  • Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to identified needs to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Administrative function.

  • Adhere to all customer safety regulations at all times.
  • Comply with and actively promote Company Health and Safety policies, practices, and procedures.
  Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Matric.
    • Office administration diploma/certificate will be an advantage.
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 3 years' experience in an administration role.
    • Good computer skills (Microsoft package).
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team.
