Pronel Personnel is seeking an experienced Premises Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our premises, including managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in property maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel and have knowledge of lease conditions and basic OHS practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate maintenance schedules, including planning and execution.
  • To coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, including scheduling and execution.
  • To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • To work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.
