Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate incoming picking orders to pickers based on date and time factors

  • Monitor and address long outstanding orders, ensuring finalization on time
  • Continuously monitor the dashboard for outstanding order reasons, taking prompt action to resolve issues
  • Ensure all picked orders are finalized on time to meet delivery and collection demands
  • Liaise with sales and warehouse teams to address order picking changes
  • Report system problems to management, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Maintain an effective filing system for finalized picked orders
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by management
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field and position
  • Computer literacy and input experience
  • Good communication skills, including telephonic and email
  • Accurate and effective administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
