Job Title: Strategic Financial Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Director to lead our financial strategy, manage risk, and drive growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our financial strategy, aligning it with our overall corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our financial strategy, aligning it with overall corporate goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Provide detailed financial insights and analysis to support executive-level decision-making and business strategy.
  • Manage financial risks and implement controls to mitigate potential impact on the business.
  • Optimize key financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, communicating our financial performance and strategic direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA). At least 2 years experience as a CFO or Financial Director in a listed company or similarly structured organization. Minimum 5 years of management experience within a senior financial leadership role.
