Payroll Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Support Administrator to join our team at Hollywoodbets. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll systems and providing support to our payroll specialists.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving payroll system errors and queries, managing new engagements, terminations, and movement notifications, and identifying trends in error types and numbers per company. You will also be responsible for communicating data errors to relevant stakeholders and performing monthly data clean-ups.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of accountability and quality focus. You should also be proficient in MS office and have experience with payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve payroll system errors and queries.
- Manage new engagements, terminations, and movement notifications.
- Identify trends in error types and numbers per company.
- Communicate data errors to relevant stakeholders.
Data Support:
- Support Payroll Specialist with data match queries and resolutions.
- Perform manual interventions on updating master data.
- Conduct monthly data clean-ups through comparisons and daily tasks.
- Assist with data-related system administration and configuration.
Project Support:
- Undertake departmental projects as required.
Reporting:
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for the department as needed.
Customer Experience:
- Apply internal customer experience payroll training when interacting with internal customers.
General Duties:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly payroll deadlines.
- Perform general admin duties as required.
- Provide general, statistical, and analytical reporting as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
