At Anchora, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Support with Bookkeeping Experience. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client by providing assistance with various financial projects.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This is a remote position that requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.

The primary responsibilities of this role include handling the invoices process (receiving, verifying, and processing invoices), encoding information into the Appfolio system, and reviewing encoded information to ensure accuracy and completeness. We require knowledge of Appfolio, proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English, and a background in bookkeeping or financial tasks to effectively manage financial records and transactions.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing and coding are done precisely, efficiently, and accurately. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through documentation and other means. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in the same location.
