As a Client Relations Administrator, you will serve as a vital link between clients, financial institutions, and insurance providers, assisting in the preparation and submission of settlements alongside various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive net profit growth for the organization. Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit standards. Take charge of personal development to enhance skills and competencies. Collect and disseminate pertinent business information. Deliver efficient administrative support through meticulous planning, reporting, and information management. Provide sales support to maintain client retention. Oversee effective service delivery for settlements through insurance claims management. Address customer inquiries promptly and within established timelines. Maintain expert knowledge of specific products, pricing, application processes, and timelines to meet sales targets. Manage existing client relationships and expand the portfolio through proactive outreach and lead generation. Foster and maintain productive working relationships with various stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior personnel. Deliver exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations through innovative and suitable solutions. Manage costs and expenses within the approved budget to achieve financial efficiencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Relevant Degree or Diploma. Minimum of 1 year of experience in brokerage or underwriting. Experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines is essential. Must be fully FAIS compliant (RE5). Experience in short-term insurance is required. Candidates must not be unrehabilitated insolvents. In compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA), candidates will undergo a credit record check.
