Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable HVAC Technician Assistant to support our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn parts.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems, ensuring accurate and efficient installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clear and concise communication of work progress and results.
  • Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Attend training and development programs as required, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years experience in HVAC or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
