Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment in accordance with relevant safety standards.
  • Review and approve PMs, SWIs, and procedures for all relevant assets to ensure their effective application during maintenance activities.
  • Optimize resource utilization by ensuring adequate availability of manpower, materials, and tools to maintain equipment uptime as per management plans.
  • Lead the analysis of technical issues and provide effective suggestions for remedies.
  • Ensure achievement of targets for KPIs and other performance benchmarks set by management.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for technical and leadership development of team members to enhance their performance efficiency.
  • Conduct individual performance evaluations of team members for proper motivation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior position and at least 10 years of experience in process industries.
  • Good communication skills, awareness of safe work culture, and ability to share it with teammates.
  • Coordination with other working teams and sections, good leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
  • Strong technical knowledge to solve complicated issues.
