Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator for E-Gaming Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Games Global Limited.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Key responsibilities include determining project scope, predicting resource needs, preparing budgets, tracking project costs, and managing contracts with vendors.

  • Project Scope Definition: Determine and define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Resource Management: Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, tracking project costs to meet budget.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Agile and Waterfall Experience: Experience of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Full Project Life Cycle: Full project life cycle experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • USA eGaming Market Knowledge: A good understanding of the USA eGaming market and its dynamics.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with and manage a wide variety of people.
  • Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Certifications: Prince 2 Certification or similar, demonstrating expertise in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with experience of Monday.com for project and programme reporting.
What We Offer:
