Vacancies exist for skilled Control Room Operators stationed at our High-Risk Sites. The position will report to the Site Manager, who is responsible for ensuring Surveillance operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and sustain effective risk management processes to identify and reduce crime enabling factors.
  • Establish and maintain an effective information network to investigate prioritized crime threats.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures of the Site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage all aspects of the control room, including updating the incident register on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PSIRA Grade B/A registration and renewal.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a Control Room environment as an Operator.
  • Fully computer literate with proficiency in software applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and What's App.
  • Ability to exercise self-discipline and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
