We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Site Supervisor to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of onsite laborers and construction workers
  • Ensure the timely availability of building materials and equipment
  • Control construction expenses to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to develop and implement daily onsite plans
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors/suppliers to build strong relationships
  • Plan and implement work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency

  • Conduct thorough site safety inspections
  • Present site reports to stakeholders
