Job Title: Internal Auditor

The role of Internal Auditor is a critical component of our organization's governance framework. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal audit strategies and programs to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and plans to achieve our governance objectives
  • Conduct risk-based internal audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation
  • Provide independent assurance and consulting services to our Board and Management to improve governance and operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant corporate governance legislation and frameworks, including King IV
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, or Financial Management, or equivalent
  • Certification with the Institute of Internal Auditors
  • At least 6 years of experience in an internal audit environment
  • Strong administration and process thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance principles
