Junior Photocopier and Printer Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Photocopier and Printer Field Technician to join our team at Office Automation Company in Durbanville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on photocopiers and printers
  • Install new machines onto networks and perform fault finding and in-field repairs
  • Install hardware, network cabling, and Wi-Fi networks
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the photocopier and printer field is essential
  • Knowledge of hardware installation, networking, and network cabling is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required
  • Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Valid driver's license and own transport are required
