Minimum Requirements:

  • Matured Matric Certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in staff management and administration
  • At least 1 year of administration experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and stock control skills
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English
  • A valid RSA driver's license and own transport or reliable transport
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends

  • Excellent customer service skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving patients and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
  • Managing patient files and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting patients with frame fittings and providing expert advice
  • Preparing quotations and invoices for clients
  • Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating client interactions
  • Ensuring the practice is well-organized and tidy at all times
  • Providing support to the sales team by promoting products and services

Benefits:

R9,280 per month basic salary, plus incentive scheme
