At Network Finance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Life Valuations Actuary to lead our team in making groundbreaking contributions.

This is an exciting role for an Actuarial Manager to drive strategic support and business understanding on risk and financial reporting. The successful candidate will give insight into a wide variety of products in Life Insurance, including life valuations, financial reporting, and forecasting.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team working on financial reporting and business support, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  2. Work closely with the CFO to provide strategic support and business understanding on risk and financial reporting.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Education
  1. A minimum of an Actuarial degree or Honours degree is required.
  2. Qualified Actuary (Fellow / FASSA) or 1-2 exams away from Qualifying is preferred.
Job Experience & Skills Required
  1. 6+ years relevant experience in life valuations, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  2. Experience in IFRS17 is an advantage but not a requirement.
  3. Strong leadership skills and ability to report on a senior level.
