  • Lead the implementation of IFRS 17 reporting, leveraging extensive knowledge of the standard and its applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality actuarial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Life Insurance reporting, with a strong background in actuarial science.
  • Proven track record of people management, with 3+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Expertise in IFRS 17, actuarial reporting, and liability modeling, with a deep understanding of Prophet and Aptitude software.
  • Fellowship of the Actuarial Society of South Africa is highly desirable.
