The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, design, and optimization of system applications and products to improve usability.

  • Conduct in-depth user research through site visits and customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design and develop User Interfaces by providing specialized input into the User Experience Design Phase.
  • Perform and document product/system analysis by creating user personas and stories.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and 3-5 years' experience in User Experience Design environment, with knowledge of human-computer interactions and UX design principles.

  • Rélevant B-Com, B-Sc or B-IT or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in User Experience Design environment.
  • Knowledge of Human-Computer Interactions and principles.
Responsibilities
  • Produce creative and innovative design solutions that deliver a world-class user experience.
  • Leverage insights and data to ensure products/services/solutions are designed around the user.
  • Align the user interface design to the relevant design standards and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will champion human-centered design and advocate for users in all products and systems.
