Job Description:

This role involves leading the development, planning, and execution of large-scale solar energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and maximize project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful project completion
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and maximize project profitability
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/ BTech in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Renewable Energy
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale PV projects from initiation through to completion
  • Strong understanding of PV technology, engineering principles, and project financing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with relevant industry tools
